Medici Spoon Rest - New

Handmade Italian ceramic, the Medici Spoon Rest is hand painted in Umbria by Arte Italica. The shallow oval form (9.25" L x 5" W) sits low on the counter to cradle a cooking spoon and protect surfaces. Its soft cream ground is accented with an interpretation of the Medici giglio (fleur‑de‑lis) and a trailing vine in rich green, blue and orange, a palette and motif that nod to the family’s role in early Renaissance patronage. As a hand‑painted piece, it is dishwasher safe on a low‑heat setting but hand washing is recommended to preserve the finish.
