Happy French Gang Taupe Handspun Cotton Pillow 18x18in

Homespun, handwoven 100% light cotton in a muted taupe, this 18 × 18 inch square pillow is dyed with natural pigments and hand-stitched for a softly textured finish. The fabric was hand-spun and woven by Somnath in West Bengal; dyeing, cutting and final sewing were completed in a women’s cooperative in Rajasthan established to expand local employment and schooling opportunities. Insert with feather and down is included. The piece is dyed or block-printed using traditional techniques, so colors may mellow over time. Care: cold hand wash separately with a gentle, non-acidic detergent; machine dry low or hang out of direct sunlight.
