TOJIKI Iga earthenware donabe, 700 cc, finished in cream. The porous Iga clay transmits heat slowly, making the pot well suited to gentle simmering and one‑pot cooking. Size D185 × H105. During normal use small penetrations (cracks in the surface skin) can appear; these do not affect performance. Safe for open flame, oven, and microwave; not dishwasher safe. Wash by hand and wipe dry before storing, and wash separately from hardware. Do not leave to soak. Avoid frying with large amounts of oil, touching the hot body with bare hands, placing it directly on a table, cooking empty for long periods, or rapid cooling, any of which can cause damage, stains, or mold.
